Meet Our Team
Skilled and talented sets of hands
Michael – Manager
Michael began his journey in healthcare by studying Chiropractic Sciences after high school. However, in his second year, a tragic car accident changed his path, leading to a traumatic brain injury. Through immense resilience and determination, he overcame this challenge, refusing to let it define his future. Now, with a deep understanding of recovery and well-being, Michael is dedicated to helping others lead healthier lives. As he looks to embark on his new career in massage therapy, he looks forward to sharing his experience and passion with you.

Flavia – Remedial Massage Therapist
Flavia brings a unique blend of Remedial Massage and Stretch Therapy to the Kaizen team, drawing from her deep passion for yoga, movement, and holistic well-being. Originally from Brazil, Flavia has always been fascinated by the body’s ability to heal and adapt through conscious movement. Her background in yoga and love for hiking have shaped her approach to treatment—helping clients move better, feel lighter, and restore flexibility through targeted therapeutic work.
Whether you’re recovering from training, feeling stiff from desk work, or simply wanting to increase your range of motion, Flavia’s calm, positive energy and intuitive techniques will support your body’s natural flow.
Flavia is available on Mondays and Wednesdays at our Potts Point clinic.

Shizuka – Remedial Massage Therapist
With a medical science background from the University of Sydney and 7 years of experience working alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists, Shizuka brings a holistic approach to well-being. She has been practicing cupping for over three years and has a strong interest in human psychology. As an open water swimmer and runner, Shizuka understands the demands of an active lifestyle. Using her “sniper-like” hands, she precisely targets problem areas to help you recover and feel your best.
Shizuka is available on Mondays and Fridays in Bondi Junction, and Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays in Potts Point.
